Vertical liquid packaging machines are highly automated and efficient packaging equipment specifically designed for packaging various free-flowing liquid products.
I. Working Principle and Process
The core of a vertical packaging machine is an integrated continuous operation of "bag making - filling - sealing and cutting".
1. Bag Making: Packaging film rolls (such as polyethylene PE, composite film, etc.) are pulled downwards and folded into a cylindrical shape by a forming device. A longitudinal heat-sealing mechanism seals the joints, forming a continuous tubular shape.
2. Metering and Filling: Material is supplied from an upper feed cylinder. When the bag reaches the set position, the machine accurately measures the liquid using a piston pump, screw pump, or gravity/level control, and injects it into the bag through the filling head.
3. Horizontal Sealing and Cutting: After filling, the horizontal heat-sealing mechanism simultaneously heat-seales the top of the current bag and the bottom of the next bag, and then cuts it in the center, separating the individual finished packaging bags.
4. Output: Finished bags are output via a conveyor belt and can be connected to subsequent labeling machines, inkjet printers, or packing stations.
